  Man, this branch manager won't shut up about her new house. I don't care, please shutup and process my transaction. Seriously annoying.

  There's obviously something wrong here. This branch is not run properly. The wait times for teller service to make a deposit or pay a bill are far, far too long. Although this has been brought to management's attention, they have, thus far at least, failed to improve customer service. This angers people waiting who I have seen become belligerent. I would expect more from Bank of America, and I don't believe that every branch is similarly run. In short, go to another branch if you can, or be prepared to wait!!!
