They charge by the hour when other companies charge by the job, but they assured me the job shouldn't take more than two hours, which seemed reasonable for a small townhouse. They sent two cleaners and I was in and out of the house running errands while they worked. I can only image they did absolutely nothing while I wasn't there, because at the end of two hours they had barely cleaned one floor, and poorly at that. I sent them away and finished the job myself. Total waste of money.
