  The best gym in the area! With every workout, I am challenged to be better and stronger than I was yesterday. Anthony, the owner, does an incredible job at pushing and cheering me on, even when I don't think I can continue. He understands a busy schedule and the challenges that women face on a daily basis. He is encouraging, professional, and a constant cheerleader. He tailors workouts to women of all strengths and truly believes we are "stronger together!" I can't imagine life without APTCW!

  I have several friends who recommended alloy to me. Full disclosure, I am a personal training on a separate side of town. I live in the Roswell area and am looking for a program to hold me accountable and help me reach my goals. (Yes trainers are human too). I schedule a consultation with Joe Rowell. I get an email from him the day before stating they will be canceling the consultation because they "do not offer programs for personal trainers). I am honestly not even sure how any of this info was discovered about me, not that it matters. Whole thing leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Proceed with caution.
