  I don't know how typical it is to write a review before you actually partake of the service but I've heard so much about Matt from a co-worker that I couldn't wait. You see, I'm one of those people who do not exercise. I'm 57 and have refused to fall for this silly exercise craze. Now I have two bad knees and my surgeon has told me flat out that he won't operate on me until I gain some strength. I've been told Matt actually listens to his clients and that he tailors the workouts to bring you from the level you come to him at until you reach the level you need to be. He calls Matt a miracle worker.
  
  So, I'm traveling from Missouri to meet this miracle worker.
  
  I'll update this review after my meeting to let you guys know just how correct my co-worker was in his review.

  Want the very best personal training?? Then you need to talk to Matt Lein! You will not be disappointed! Matt & Brandi provide the most innovative techniques and will offer advice as well as teach proper methods to ensure you’re getting the most out of your workouts. When I started, I had been working out on my own, but was seeing zero change in my body shape, etc. Since then, I have learned so much from them, and have seen tremendous results If you have fitness goals and are looking to get results, you should give them a try. They are truly the best!!
